The mission activities at Wardha are spearheaded by a team comprising Mr. Pappachan K. C. and his family, Mr. Joseph Varghese and his family and Mr. Milan Thodasa, a native Christophile from Wardha who has recently joined the mission activities.

The mission programmes are implemented at the grassroots level with total community participation exemplified by local balawadi teachers, health workers and other social change agents. It is the Mission’s endeavour to progress to total self sustenance by the community.

The Administration: The Wardha administration is done by a steering committee. Wardha Mission administration is done by a multi level social administration. The steering committee, a representative body, elected and nominated by the youth wing of the JMTC facilitates the mission programmes from Delhi through regular visits, correspondences and training programmes. The grass root level administration is done at the Wardha Mission Centre located at Hind Colony Wardha, which takes care of all local administrative and functional responsibilities.
